mission and north mission until 6:00 this morning. elsewhere in the oakland area, north 880 from 66 to high you will find cones blocking the lane. >> thank you very much. 4:29. we have developing news from san francisco where police are investigating a grizzly accident in an elevator shaft at a bart station. you saw the story first right here on abc7 news. our reporter, amy hollyfield, is live at the park with the very latest on this bizarre situation. amy? >> firefighters are now saying it appears the man was sleeping on top of the elevator and they found personal belongings including bedding. last night it was at 9:35 a man was taking the elevator from the muni platform to the concourse level on market street and he says he heard a scream and a crunching sound. firefighters found the man in the elevator shaft. he was dead. he was smashed to death. they don't know how he got in there or how long he was sleeping in there. they will investigate that later today. it didn't cause any delay on the trains. there were no delays last night or this morning. it was focused on the elevator ho

oakland, we have construction. we are looking at the northbound 80 highway 66, looking at three lanes blocked until 5:00 a.m. >> new overnight a gun battle left one person injured at a san francisco intersection of oak and scott street. police say two vehicles were shooting at each other. one of the cars ended up to front of san francisco general hospital. a man inside the car was taken to the hospital and he was shot in the arm. police are looking for the other involved car. >> three people are in critical condition after a violent head on collision in richmond. at 8:00 on 37th street a car crashed into a pickup truck. the truck flipped. at left one driver was speeding. a woman was ejected from the sports car and is clinging to life. one of three in the pickup is in critical condition. police are investigating whether speed was a major factor. >> 23-year-old man is accused of robbing the same bang -- bank for a second time in two months. an employee recognized the suspect when he walked in. high is suspected of robbing the same branch in february the he was arrested on highway 101.

road work looking at 880 from the embarcardero to oakland. >> at 4:29 we have breaking news from florida. hundreds of students are evacuated from a dorm in orlando. police have found explosive devices. officers discovered the explosives while investigating the death of a man at the university of central florida. it appears to be suicide. police found an assault women and explosive devices on the scene they evacuated 500 students and closed a parking garage. the school has canceled classes through noon as a precaution. >> happening right now, hundreds of thousands of bart commuters notice a change. this whole week there will be a change. abc7 news reporter, amy hollyfield, has a look at the experimental program. >> they will allow bicycles on board. you will be forced to get along, both cyclists and non-cyclists. barts wants to know if they can co-exist. the first three trains will still be bike-free but they are allowed on board all week even during rush hour. bart wants to encourage bicycling. many of the parking lots of full. it can be tough to find rooms to fit the bicycles. o
